RollRight – Terms & Conditions (Waste Responsibility)
Customer Responsibility for Contents
RollRight provides mobile waste compaction services only and does not generate, sort, handle, transport, or dispose of customer waste. The customer retains sole responsibility for all materials placed in any dumpster, container, or receptacle serviced by RollRight.
No Inspection Obligation
RollRight does not inspect, sort, or verify the contents of any container prior to or during compaction. The customer acknowledges that RollRight relies entirely on the customer’s control and oversight of materials placed in the container.
Permitted Waste Only
The customer represents and warrants that only lawful, permitted, and appropriate waste materials are placed in the container in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Prohibited and Hazardous Materials
RollRight is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims liability for, any damage, injury, loss, or regulatory action arising from the presence or compaction of prohibited, illegal, or unauthorized materials, including but not limited to:
Propane tanks or pressurized cylinders
Lithium-ion or other batteries
Flammable, explosive, or combustible materials
Hazardous, toxic, or regulated substances
Chemicals, fuels, or compressed gases
Assumption of Risk and Indemnification
The customer assumes all risk associated with the contents of the container and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RollRight, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or losses resulting from improper, illegal, or unsafe materials placed in the container.
